A Willow Creek tour is unhurried and personal. Here's what to expect from the moment you reach out to the coffee-table conversation about your date.

Request your date

Call us or send an inquiry with a few possible dates and your estimated guest count. We'll check the calendar, flag which of your dates are still open, and offer private tour times that fit your schedule — including select evenings and weekends.

Walk every space

On the estate, you'll walk the full guest journey — the ceremony lawn under the weeping willows, the restored Grand Barn set for a reception, the covered Garden Terrace, and the private Bridal Suite. You'll see how the day actually flows from 'I do' to last dance.

Meet your coordinator

Your tour is led by one of our events coordinators, not a rushed sales rep. They'll answer questions about layouts, vendor policies, timelines, and rain plans, and share real photos from weddings held in each space so you can picture your own.

Talk dates & packages

We'll sit down over coffee to talk through availability, package pricing, guest capacity, and any seasonal considerations for your date. If Willow Creek feels right, we can place a courtesy hold on your date before you leave — no pressure to sign on the spot.

How long does a private tour take, and what does it cost?

Plan for about 45 to 60 minutes. We walk the ceremony lawn, Grand Barn, Garden Terrace, and Bridal Suite, then sit down to talk dates and pricing. Tours are always complimentary and come with no obligation — you'll never be pressured to sign anything on the spot.

When can we tour Willow Creek Estate?

We offer private tours Tuesday through Sunday by appointment, including select evenings and weekend mornings between events. Because we host weddings on Saturdays in peak season, weekday and Sunday tours give you the calmest, most unhurried look at the estate. Request a few dates and we'll match you to an open time.

Where is the estate, and how far is it from Raleigh?

Willow Creek Estate sits on 12 private acres at 4800 Leesville Rd in Raleigh, NC — roughly 20 minutes from downtown Raleigh and RDU airport, and an easy drive from Durham, Cary, and the wider Triangle. We'll send directions and parking details when we confirm your tour.

Do we need to have everything figured out before we tour?

Not at all. Many couples tour before they've locked in a date, budget, or guest count — that's exactly when a tour is most useful. Come with a rough range and your questions, and our coordinator will help you understand what's realistic for your season, style, and headcount.

Can we hold our date after the tour?

Yes. If Willow Creek feels like the one, we can place a courtesy hold on your date while you make your decision, and a 25% deposit converts that hold into a confirmed booking. Peak Saturdays from April through October book 12 to 18 months out, so touring early gives you the best shot at your first-choice date.

Can we bring parents, our planner, or the wedding party?

Absolutely — bring whoever helps you decide. Parents, a planner, and close family are all welcome on your tour. We only ask that you give us a rough headcount when you book so we can plan a comfortable, unhurried visit for your whole group.
