What we collect
When you send a date inquiry or request a tour, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name and your partner's name, email address, phone number, event date, estimated guest count, event type, and anything you tell us about your vision for the day.
Our website also records basic, non-identifying usage information — which pages were viewed and which device type was used — so we know which parts of the site are useful to couples.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to answer your inquiry, check your date against our calendar, and plan your event if you book with us. That includes sending you availability, pricing, a rental proposal, and tour confirmations.
If you book, we share only what a vendor needs to do their job — for example, your headcount and timeline with your caterer. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, ever.
Email and text
We send a small number of planning emails to couples who inquire — availability updates and open-house invitations. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects an existing booking. We only text you about your own event or tour, and only if you gave us a mobile number.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 24 months. Booking records and signed rental agreements are kept for seven years, as our accountant and insurer require.
Photography on the estate
Photos taken at events are owned by the couple and their photographer. We only publish a photo on this site or our social channels with written permission from the couple and their photographer, and we remove any photo on request — just email us.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call us or write to the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
