We've walked hundreds of couples through the process. Here's exactly how it works — no surprises, no confusion, no pressure.
Our Process
Simple from start to finish.

Send an Inquiry
Tell us your date, guest count, and a bit about what you're envisioning. We'll check availability and respond within one business day.

Schedule a Tour
Walk the property in person. We do tours Tuesday–Sunday by appointment, typically lasting 45–60 minutes. Complimentary champagne included.

Review the Proposal
We'll send you a detailed rental proposal including all spaces, timing, and pricing — no hidden add-ons or per-item fees after the fact.

Sign & Reserve
A 25% deposit and signed rental agreement hold your date. Once signed, your date is fully removed from availability for other inquiries.

Planning Year
Our coordinator touches base at 6 months and 90 days to confirm logistics, vendor coordination, and day-of timeline. No planning package required.

Your Day
We handle setup coordination, vendor arrivals, and venue logistics. You focus on getting married. We focus on everything else.
The Estate
12 acres of North Carolina beauty.
Willow Creek Estate was a working farm until 2009, when current owners Maria and David Caldwell converted the 1940s-era barn into an event venue — preserving the original timber frame, wide-plank floors, and fieldstone foundation while adding modern lighting, HVAC, and catering infrastructure.
The property includes the Grand Barn, the Garden Terrace, a bridal suite cottage, a groom’s prep room, and 12 acres of grounds — including the willow-lined creek that gives the estate its name.
Located on Leesville Road in northwest Raleigh, 20 minutes from downtown and 35 minutes from RDU International Airport.
What’s Included
Everything you need. Nothing you don’t.
Tables & Chairs
Round tables (8-top and 10-top), rectangular farm tables, Chiavari chairs and folding ceremony chairs — all included. No rental invoice from a third party.
String Lights & Ambience
Permanent cafe string lighting throughout the barn and terrace. Edison bulb chandeliers over the dance floor. A warm baseline ambience that works with any floral vision.
Day-of Coordinator
A Willow Creek team member is present from 8 AM through the end of your event to coordinate vendor arrivals, timeline management, and any logistics surprises.
On-Site Parking
Paved parking for 100 vehicles, plus overflow grass parking for larger guest counts. No valet required, no off-site shuttle arrangement needed for most events.
Sound System
Bluetooth-capable PA system included for ceremony and cocktail hour. DJs and live bands bring their own production for receptions — we have standard power and space requirements.
Venue Greenery
The property's natural plantings — wildflower beds, weeping willows, boxwood borders — provide a free baseline backdrop that photographs beautifully in any season.
