Our signature space — a 4,800 sq ft restored barn with soaring cedar ceilings, original timber beams, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Willow Creek. Ceremony and reception in one seamless space.

The Garden Terrace

Up to 150 guests

A manicured outdoor ceremony terrace surrounded by wildflower gardens and weeping willows. Includes a permanent ceremony arch, stone pathway, and adjacent cocktail lawn. A covered side pavilion provides weather protection.

Private — up to 12

A private 900 sq ft preparation suite with oversized mirrors, makeup stations for 8, a champagne bar, a private bathroom, and a window-lit photo nook. Available from 10 AM on your wedding day.

Planning made simple.

Is Willow Creek an exclusive venue — do we have to use your vendors?

Willow Creek is a semi-exclusive venue. We maintain a preferred vendor list for caterers (our kitchen and serving facilities require licensed commercial catering) but are fully open for all other vendors — florists, photographers, DJs, bands, hair and makeup, officiants, and transportation. You're never required to use our vendor list for anything other than catering.

Can we bring outside food and alcohol?

Outside alcohol is not permitted — this is an NC licensing requirement, not a preference. We work with our licensed bar vendors on your behalf, and pricing for bar packages is separate from venue rental. Outside food is not permitted for main catering, but you're welcome to bring a personal cake or dessert from the bakery of your choice.

What does the catering arrangement look like?

We work with a roster of 8 licensed catering companies at varying price points and cuisine styles — from Southern comfort food to modern farm-to-table to international menus. You select from our preferred caterers, negotiate directly with them, and they coordinate logistics with our venue team. We find this model gives couples far more menu flexibility than venues with single in-house catering.

How large is the deposit and what is your cancellation policy?

We require a 25% deposit to hold your date, with the balance due 90 days before the event. Our cancellation policy: cancellations more than 180 days out receive a full deposit refund minus a $250 administrative fee. Cancellations 90–180 days out receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations within 90 days forfeit the deposit. We strongly recommend wedding insurance for all clients — it's typically $200–$400 and covers cancellation scenarios we cannot.
